Meet Lauren
Lauren understands the unique challenges and fulfillment that comes with franchise ownership, having successfully built and sold multiple units in her own portfolio. As someone who has gone through the FranChoice process herself, she values the journey of self-discovery that it enables. Growing up in a family of successful business owners, Lauren developed a similar drive towards financial autonomy and the ability to use her time as her own.
She started her career in corporate advertising developing a foundation in business development, sales planning, and talent management. After earning her MBA in Global Studies and Entrepreneurship from Babson College, she left her corporate career to embark on her own vision of entrepreneurship through franchising in 2013.
Lauren built her franchise portfolio of emerging brands, including Salons by JC suite rentals and Rumble Boxing boutique fitness studios, demonstrating her insight into market dynamics and consumer needs. Having also successfully sold multiple units, she brings a deep knowledge in developing operational efficiencies as well as navigating an effective exit strategy.

Lauren lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts with her husband Tyler and two children, Beaux and Briggs. Outside of consulting you can find her seeking adventure in the great outdoors, sharing her travel bug with her family or on the water with a fishing rod in her hand.

Tyler has spent the last 25 years in a variety of roles that have led him to understand the complexities of business and human motivations. He has the genuine interest and the ability to truly connect with people. With a background spanning corporate sales and operations leadership, startup environments, and firsthand experience owning multi-unit franchises in different modalities, he brings a rare combination of real-world business depth and genuine human understanding to every conversation.
Tyler believes that finding the right franchise is a lot more than a financial decision; it’s a life decision. And that means taking the time to understand who you are, what matters to you, and where you want to go before ever sharing guidance. He’s not here to sell you on a path. He’s here to ride shotgun with you as you explore what’s possible and make sure that when you move forward, you do it with clarity and confidence. Tyler lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts with his wife Lauren and two children, Beaux and Briggs.
